I finay made it to the library! I wish I could post these as I do them but at least I got this up.
Below is chest back and abs from yesterday.
Well the last two days I spent the days with my boyfriend. One day was a rest day and one day was back and abs. So it looks like today I’ll be doing shoulders, back, and abs after work! That’s ok thought, it was worth it. As long as I can make it up I won’t feel so guilty about it! 😁
I’ll update my post tomorrow with workout videos. I can only do it at work since we don’t have internet at home! I know, who the heck doesn’t have internet? Well, we live in the sticks and nothing is offered except satellite internet and that’s way too expensive and it’s a two year contract. So I use my works wifi!
So I haven’t worked out for the past 3 days because I have been sick. I plan on working out today though. Here are some videos from last week.
