Well I really meant to write but between my two summer classes and working I had no time. But I have still been working out and I’m still taking college classes and working but this time I have a tiny bit of free time to write something today!
Today I worked out back and abs, but I didn’t take any video because I was using the college wellness center. I don’t want to be THAT person who sets up my phone as a camera and records myself( in public). Haha. So with that being said, here is a video from the other day.
I got my Avenue A Adidas subscription box and I’m wearing my new clothes in the video. I really love this subscription box. I always love everything I get. I normally hate high waisted pants but these are very comfortable and are super cute. When I first got the sneak peak of the halter bra I kind of didn’t like it. Once I got it and tried it on my mind was completely changed. It’s very comfortable and I love that the cups inside are stationary and do not move or are not removable. I HATE bras that have removable cups. I hate having to fold them in half and try to get them in that tiny ass hole they provide on the inside. I can’t ever get them back in the same. Anyone else absolutely hate removable cups? I mean, why can’t they see them in. Anyways I love the halter bra and I want more now.
I haven’t wore the shoes yet because I don’t want them to get all dirty and nasty at my job. I think I’ll only wear them to workout in. We’ll see.
Well it’s getting closer to my 30th birthday. I can definitely see some changes in my back and my arm muscles for sure. And I just bought some new pants and they are already kind of baggy around my waist. I will have to use the belt that came with them. I hate belts. I feel like abs take more time to notice.
Well here is my workout I did yesterday.
I recorded one full set of reps for each exercise I did. I am not a personal trainer yet I am just sharing what has been working for me.

Single leg kettlebell deadlift
We skipped leg day because I had to work 12 hours at work! Yay. So we just did both legs and chest the next day to stay on track.
Look what I found at GNC! This stuff is super delicious! I put it on my double protein English muffin in the morning or at night for a snack. They have a few other flavors too. Kind of pricey at $7, but it’s good.

I did a little meal prep for the next few days. Three different flavors of cubes up chicken: ranch powder, lemon pepper, and sriracha. It’s nice to make different flavors so you don’t get burnt out on chicken.
Here’s a few clips of our exercises. Feel free to comment on how to use the best form and what not. We need to invest in some heavier plates too. But just to get used to the moves we are keeping it light for now.
Don’t you hate it when your hair tie gets in the way? I had to take it down for the chest press.

Alright so working out has been on hold while we have been putting together our two new exercise toys. One is a power tower and one is a weight bench with the pulling stuff and barbell stuff. Idk the name of it yet. It’s taken a few days to put together just because our room is so small. If you watch my Snapchat then you know our struggle.
We finally finished it yesterday so today we can actually use it. I’ll try to get some better pictures of it up soon. In the mean time, here are some store shots with some video of us putting it together.

So in the next few weeks I want to buy a bench press setup for our room. Our room is small but I think we can fit something in there. What do you recommend on Amazon thats cheap but is good? Please let me know if the comments😊
